This policy covers lmscqa.com, operated by LM Systems Consulting LLC ("LM Systems," "I," "me"). It explains what information the site collects and how it's used.

What information is collected

The only information this site collects is what you choose to submit through the contact form or send by email: your name, email address, and the message you write. This site does not use cookies, analytics, or any tracking scripts, and doesn't collect information passively as you browse.

How it's used

Contact-form submissions are used for exactly one purpose: to respond to your inquiry. Nothing you submit is sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or added to a mailing list without your explicit request.

How the contact form works

The contact form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service that forwards submissions to Luke@lmscqa.com. Web3Forms handles the delivery only — it is not used for marketing or analytics. See Web3Forms' own privacy policy for how they handle data in transit.

Data retention

Messages sent through the contact form or by email are kept only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or, if we work together, for the duration of the engagement plus standard recordkeeping. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

Client project data

If you become a client, any project-specific data (bug reports, test results, access credentials, etc.) is handled under the terms of our project agreement, not this policy — and is never published, named, or used as public-facing material without your explicit written sign-off.

Your rights

  • You can ask what information is held about you.
  • You can ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
  • You can opt out of any future contact at any time.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes — for example, if analytics or a mailing list are added later — this page will be updated with a new "last updated" date.
