Pre-launch vehicle-management app
From no QA to a real safety net
The app was heading toward launch with no dedicated QA. I came in as the embedded QA function and built the bug-finding operation the app didn't have — AI-accelerated black-box testing that finds, reproduces, and documents bugs into dev-ready tickets, backed by 150+ automated Playwright tests on a scheduled run that catch when a change breaks something. Dozens of bugs were caught and fixed before a single user saw them.
